This is the second bad experience I've had at this dry cleaners, I don't know why I gave them a second chance. My clothes don't even smell clean, I was lied to about the cost of dry cleaning, the deceitful owner even told me he'd dry clean a tie for free, when I checked the receipt he charged me £3.25!? Then had the cheek to say "I'm not a charity" - Pathetic. My bill was nearly double then what we verbally agreed, the owner claimed 'he forgot to add some stuff'.. He is a liar and not running an honest business. Such a shame. Please avoid at all costs!
