Called up for a collection, was running late cause got stuck in traffic. Called them up and they were very accommodating in that they said they would refire the order when we got there.
Got there an hour later than expected, waited around in store for approx. 15 mins while they "made them fresh" for us. As you can imagine, we were delighted with this cause they didn't charge us any more than what we should have paid and the manager himself was the one who kept coming over to say they should not be too long while they made them again fresh for us. This was reiterated several times.
So off we go with our "fresh" pizzas back home and lo and behold, reheated not fresh in any shape or form. The last fourth pizza of four was solid as cardboard as it had been reheated so much.
So all in, £50 down for quite honestly one of the worst pizzas had and to top it all off by lied to by a manager was the icing on the cake.
Treat this place with caution.
